Dear friends .. m sorry i think this has been discussed many times...
the option which i am looking for is .. to have some kind of code on few phones.. which can help the lobby phone or phone in the public accesible are to have some restrcitions after office hours... like when this staff leave for the day they put some kind of code.. is this possible .. please advise - Only for Outgoing

Hi,
check the extension mobility who provide you a login and a password on each phone so a user can login and logoff in different phone.

You can also apply time of day routing and have the phone use one calling privilege during business hours and enforce restrictions during after hours. But that would be a static config and would require an administrator to change the time/schedule if manual overwriting is needed.
