IP Phone Menu

Greeting Everyone,

How can we deactivate the phone menu or setting on an IP Phone (deactivate the setting menus, Search option only if the called knew the First and Last name...) in order to be located in a public place or in a lobby.

I actually got it :) under phone configuration>product Specific setting configuration however i still can`t figure out how we can restrict the corporate directory by only knowing the exact First Name and last name

If you want to only provide first name, last name and that it's an exact match you need to write your own customized directory script to achieve this, the one we provide is partial match and any of the fields.
