IP Phone Outgoing call Problem " 7985 ip Phone"

Hi ,

At one of my client place i have Cisco Call Manager 4.2 (3) and 7941 Ip Phones and 7912 Ip Phones , 7985 video IP Phones and 2800 Voice Gate way.

Now the Problem is Im Not able to Dial to any External Phones even to an External Mobile no or a Land Phone , how ever i am able to dial all internal Ip Phones from this 7985 Ip Phone .

All other models of Ip Phones are working properly .

What may be the Cause ??

Any phone that's running with Cisco VTAdvantage can have that problem too.Put the bearer-cap speech command under the voiceport on the gateway.
