Please any one till me how IP phone power by POE and connected to the normal router (Not voice enable) can register to main site's call manager

It gets an address via DHCP or static config, then contacts the call manager via TFTP. It downloads a config file then registers.

You don't need any voice feature except on the router that is connected to the phone network, sometime called voice gateway.
What you may need, if the remote phones are connected via slow links, is QoS configuration on the routers that are connecting the slow links.

My last question is i need IOS voice & DSP for my router , I only connected to main site via WAN only no PSTN needed in this setup

Hello,
As I said above, generally you do not need voice features and DSP except on a router that is connected the the telephone network, if any.

just set option 150 on the router to point to your call manager
