IP Phone VPN Client connection to ISR

I understand some Cisco IP phones (e.g. 7954G, 7975G) can now connect via internal VPN client to an ISR w/ IOS SSL VPN (not just the ASA 5500's anymore). Does anyone know what kind of software requirements I will need:

ISR IOS version/feature set

CUCM version

IP phone load

     This functionality was recently released for the UC500 and SPA525G phones. I haven't seen where it works with other models yet.
