Dear All,
We are having CUCM version 7.1.5 in our cluster. One of our Subscriber in our branch office is having around 3000 phones registered in it.
The issue we are facing right now is that the IP phones and Gateways registered in the Sub are showing "Unknown" status
They are able to call each other make calls outside too.
I have restarted the RIS Data Collector Service in the sub but the status of the phone still shows Unknown.
Any help would be appreciated

This happen to one of our client, having 4 sets of servers, 1 Publisher and 3 subscribers in different locations. "Unknown" status appears in one of the server (Phone, CTI's, Route Points) but they seems all working, but if you check the replication table, it looks messy and the only thing to refresh it is to perform restart on the problematic server. dbreplication restart wasn't able to solve it so we perform the restart and solved the issue. Still on monitoring though. Hope this helps.
