IP SIP phone Agents login issue in Contact Center

Hello folks.

I've integrated CCX with CUCME (7.0.1 versions both).

i have 2 phones : 1 SCCP and 1 SIP.

SCCP phone can successfully login into service and become an agent,but SIP phone when trying to log in it says "

The extension you entered is not associated with this agent ID. Verify the extension and try again".

So SCCP (3010) can login, SIP (3002) can't.

both users are created on CCX and assigned primary/agent extensions.

any comments?

My SCCP phone also said
