Hi from your configuration file do you see the difference in configuration between the Voice ports, you might want to match them to get it working.

voice-port 0/0/0
trunk-group Mobile
no battery-reversal
input gain -6
echo-cancel coverage 24
cptone EG
timing hookflash-out 50
timing guard-out 1000
connection plar opx 100
impedance complex2
description Configured by 2911 4 FXO-0/0/0-Custom
caller-id enable
caller-id alerting dsp-pre-allocate
!
voice-port 0/0/1
trunk-group Mobile
cptone EG
timing guard-out 1000
connection plar opx 100
impedance complex2
description Configured by 2911 4 FXO-0/0/1-Custom
caller-id enable
caller-id alerting dsp-pre-allocate

hi thanks for replying

but this problem exist before i made some changes but any way i made it the same but still not receiving

incoming calls from outside but i hear ringing tone only from my mobile that i tried to call from it to office number

i have 2 number only one is working but other non ? its working on specific phone which is pool 5 but dont know why but its okay this is not my problem now

Hi are the two numbers you are talking about are the number for the FXO lines which are connected to the Voice ports 0/0/0 and 0/0/1, Could you please clarify a bit on which one is working and which one is not, from the configuration I see that both the ports are configured to ring at DN 100

sure both are connecting to FXO ports

Voice ports 0/0/0 working

Voice ports 0/0/1 not working (the number i can use it for call but if i dail this number from my mobile for example its ringing but cisco device not receive the call same as port 0/0/0)

thanks

amr alrazzaz

can u plz show me from where u know its configured to DN100 ? WHICH COMMAND LINE?

amr alrazzaz

Hi here it is

voice-port 0/0/1
trunk-group Mobile
cptone EG
timing guard-out 1000
connection plar opx 100
impedance complex2
description Configured by 2911 4 FXO-0/0/1-Custom
caller-id enable
caller-id alerting dsp-pre-allocate

Connection plar opx 100 actually connects it there to DN 100 can you issue a "sh dialplan number 100" and share the output here, also try to match all the configs under voice port 0/0/0 to 0/0/1

dear boss

cptone EG
timing hookflash-out 50
timing guard-out 1000
connection plar opx 100
impedance complex2
description Configured by 2911 4 FXO-0/0/0-Custom
caller-id enable
caller-id alerting dsp-pre-allocate
!
voice-port 0/0/1
!
voice-port 0/0/2
!
voice-port 0/0/3
!
voice-port 0/1/0
trunk-group Mobile
no battery-reversal
input gain -6
echo-cancel coverage 24
cptone EG
timing hookflash-out 50
timing guard-out 1000
connection plar opx 116
impedance complex2
description Configured by 2911 4 FXO-0/1/0-Custom

try to add these commands in the link I have shared for example, also make sure that you turn all your debugs off.

VOIPGATEWAY(config)#voice-port 0/0/0
VOIPGATEWAY(config-voiceport)#caller-id alerting line-reversal

VOIPGATEWAY# u all

Router(config)#voice-port 0/0/0
Router(config-voiceport)#caller-id alerting line-reversal
                                                                 ^
% Invalid input detected at '^' marker.

this command not accepted ?? why ?

amr alrazzaz

Do you have the correct country code for your country, this can be set at cptone like below

VOIPGATEWAY(config)#voice-port 0/0/0
VOIPGATEWAY(config-voiceport)#cptone ?

this should be your country under the dial peer

im using only 2 fxo port 0/0/0 and 0/1/0

no 0/3/0

cptone egypt is EG and already configured on both port
