hello;
we have a few remote users with ipc 7. they report having "cut-out" issues while in the middle of conversations. Cut-outs last 10-20 sec.
users are using a wireless headset - Jabra Model GN9350.
when they use a wired headset there are no problems.
so issue seems to be with the wireless hdst/pc.
has anyone run into this?
can anyone recommend a wirless hsdt ?
