I have a problem where my IPCC Express server seems to lose connection to it's SQL server. When data is written to the db using the script, sometimes it is there and sometimes it's not..
The SQL server is located on the IPCCX box.
I also notice that in the script editor, sometimes I can see the database schema in the "DB Write" step and sometimes it' not there.
This is a customers fault and we are going to upgrade the CRS engine from 4.0(1) to 4.0(4), then after that we'll be upgrading to the latest windows os too.
Has anyone seen this before?
