Hi,
out switchboard seems to get overloaded then freezes and the receptionist is unable to handle calls. The only workaround was to restart the application. It keeps happening.
I've tried the event viewer, it only got "licenseService error" that seems not related to this issue. tried the log, cannot find anything.
Can anyone advise where to look? or what's to find in the log or how to troubleshoot this?

correct duplex setting on fastethernet port, to 100/half, changed to 100/full, it the proble related to layer two speed mis-match.

it is already 100/full. Any more related ideas?
