Hello,
It is observed that for multiple Iphone 15 with IOS 17.1 and IOS 17.2 that for any call made from the Iphone 15 to any directory number that is housed within a Cisco CUCM PBX v 14 that there is no ringback tone observed as audible on the Iphone 15 end however the call does connect after ringing audibly at the remote end on the Cisco IP Phone.
Has anyone else observed this behavior where an outbound call from an Iphone 15 IOS version 17.1 or 17.2 placed to a directory number housed on a Cisco v 14 PBX does not audibly play ringback to the caller of the Iphone where the call does ring at the remote end and connect with 2 way audio with no other issues?
