IPMA CUCM6 Voicemail

After a recent upgrade to callmanager 6 our IPMA is not working correctly. The call route through to the assistant but if the assistant doesnt answer the line goes dead and will not go to her voicemail!

Any help or suggestions would be gratefully appreciated

What is the exact version of CCM.

Coudl you please provide me with detailed CCM traces and IPMA traces?

What are Assistant CF options?

calling directly to assistant works fine (rolls over to VM)?
