Should I enable & use the isac & opac codes on my VoIP environment?

You need to explain what your environment is, CUCM, CME, version, endpoints, etc.

Actually, I just upgraded the my CallManager, UnityConnection to version 11 and our endpoints is quite up-to-date (CP-79XX - 9.4.2; CP-88XX & CP-78XX - 11.0.1). Also, we upgrade the VG & CME as 15.X already.
