ISR 4431 smart license issue

I  deployed a new ISR4431 on a customer side and  I  have some questions regarding smart licenses.

The ISR was with the version 17.03  delivered and  the smart license is enabled by default.

I have add 51 sip stations  and the station can registerd to cme.  . 

The ISR does not support the command "license smart register idtoken" and I did nothing about  the registration. But I  checked the smart account on CSSM, it shows the license "ISR_4440_UnifiedCommuncation"  was purchased and  was in use. 

 I  can not sure  whether my isr  has been  registerd to the smart license .  Also i did not know about the the CME_EP license  of which type is "Subscription"and can not sure the sip phone will work well after the 60 days expires.    Do  I  need activate Cisco Smart Licensing Client manually  and how can I do next?

I need to know the exact IOS-XE version to determine if the issue is due to FN - 72323 - Cisco IOS XE Software: QuoVadis Root CA 2 Decommission Might Affect Smart Licensing, Smart Call Home, and Other Functionality.

The Smart Licensing approach is changed from 17.3 onwards.

If we use 'Call-Home' as transport method in the newer version of IOS 17.3 or later, it used 'tools.cisco.com' URL to establish the communication for Smart Licensing. 

If we go with the default transport method which is 'Smart URL', it will communicate over 'smartreceiver.cisco.com'

** ensure you have DNS & route to resolve & route both URLs/

 Thank for your suggestion. I have three  questions about  the CME_EP license which type is subscription.

  I  have not see any purchased  license information about  CME_EP license on isr 4431 or the smart account.  I  see only the   ISR_4400_UnifiedCommunication  license.

1) Is the   CME_EP license must purchased by the cisco smart account  through  Cisco Collaboration Flex Plan subscription ?

2) How can I check  whether I  have bought this license on  cisco  smart account ？

3) I  have configured 51 sip stations ,  it will work normally if  the CME_EP  license was not purchased?
