Hi,
I am facing an issue while dailing from my jabber client. I am using CCM 8.6 with H323 gateway. From Cisco IP phone I am able to dial all the number bit from my jabber client I am able to dail some specific numbers.
Can you please help me out in this. I have attached voice ccapi inout debug for working and not working call.

Is your Jabber Client Registred succesfully in CUCM ?
is the CSS is same as your IP Phone ? (Device CSS)

Yes it is registered with CUCM and I am using the same CSS on both devices

From the debugs you have dialed two different numbers (working - 98130577336, non working -99899525346), can you use same number and see ?
Also from non working debug, two call legs are connected and suddenly disconnected.

I am able to call the number 98130577336 and it get connected successfully, but not the other one..can you please check the non working debugs?
