Cisco 8861 phone currently programmed as 3PCC using sip88xx.110901MPP-477.loads. I need to change this phone to enterprise. We have the TFTP server up and running. Under phone, provisioning, I entered the loads file of the SIP firmware file 88xx.12-0-1-SR1-1.loads . I checked the log file on my TFTP server and it's definitely being pulled from the phone. Phone gives an error on the screen and that's it. Any idea why it's not upgrading? Upgrade enable is set to "YES"

The phone screen shows the following message
Upgraded aborted with error. Unknown error.

AFAIK the option to move them from 3PCC to enterprise, or viceversa, has been removed and now you need to make sure you order the "right" model for you.

I was able to load a lower version of the 3pcc 'loads" file but still can't go to SIP. Is there anyway at all?
