Issue with 8851 IP phone not powering up KEM

Good morning,

 

I have 8851 Phones with KEM operating properly for 6 months.  I upgrade the firmware from sip88xx.10-3-1-20 to sip88xx.11-7-1-17.  Now none of my 8851 phones can power up the KEMs after the upgrade.  I confirmed the POE is still correct on my network.  I downgraded the firmware back to 10-3 and the 8851 phones power up the KEMs properly.  I have confirmed all the setting are correct on the CUCM.

 

Is anyone else having this issue after upgrading their firmware for the 8851 phones.

I had a problem deploying new 8851's with KEM - it ended up being the FW on the switch module - 

I'll try to get some more details from the network team .
