I see issues where whenever I try to reach extensions configured on my Client's Cisco USC320W (example dialing extension 118 always forwards to extension 111 & Dialing 117 goes also to extension 111).
If I set the DTMF type to INBAND on my IP phone (Yealink IP phone) , I can properly reach extensions on the UCS but I cant reach extensions on all the other IVRs of my other clients)
I just checked the CDR (call records) from within the UCS320 device's GUI. See the attached screenshots filtering the Calls from my remote IVR calls in from Epic Tech(Remote IVR). Some of the calls (not all but some) show calls to extensions with a ! in front of them...now I need to determine what this means...is this a DTMF tone being detected incorrectly and converted to a 1 (hence 111) or does the ! character mean something else for the UCS?
Can please someone help ?

Hello Amer,
Usually IVR systems support only out of band dtmf methods, kindly try to set the dtmf method on the ip phones to one of the following:
- KPML (RFC 4730)
- SIP Notify (RFC 3265)
- SIP Info (RFC 2976)
Thank you,
Shadi
