I can't see Contacts in my SmartPhone with Jabber over Mobile Remote Access.
I did some test directly without XpressWay, Jabber direct to Presence Server, but it does not work.
I have read about this and, I think, there are two ways to do this.
1. Modify the jabber-config.xml
2. Service Profile (I'm using this)
Primary (none)
Secondary (none)
Tertiary (none)
Use UDS for Contact Resolution (check)
Use Logged On User Credential (check)
I have tested, and I create UC Service, with CUCM IP, but it does not work.
Any idea, to solve this...?

The only method you have for contact resolution over MRA is UDS, and that is irrespective of what configuration you have internally, it could be EDI/BDI/UDS, no matter what, the config will be automatically adjusted, without you doing anything, to redirect the Jabber clients to the CUCM server to use UDS.
Does it show as connected to your CUCM server as directory source over MRA??
Do you have users properly populated in your CUCM server??
IM&P server has absolutely nothing to do with contact resolution, not sure why you mention it.

Well, This is my second time for implement MRA, in the first time I dont have any problem.

I see the CUCM is active, but I don't know how check the directory...(attachment)

I suppose.(attachment). I can see the users on hardphone 7965.

From my point of view, If I test the Android behind the MRA Solution and its fail, I suppose the problem is not the MRA Solution.
Can I see the Contacts directly without MRA solution..?

There are no attachments on your reply.
Use show connection from Jabber to see the status.
You certainly should know if your users are properly populated in CUCM or not.
I don't understand what you mean by see the contacts without MRA, that'd require you VPN or use some other way to reach CUCM from the outside to use UDS services.
Start by checking the status of the directory integration over MRA.
Do you have properly configure the internal SRVs??

Yes Sorry, I forgot attach the file.
Yes, I have a internal DNS with:
Domain: axtelgate.com
Service: _cisco-uds
Protocol: _tcp
Priority: 10
Weight: 10
Port Number: 8443
Host Offerint this service: cucmzp.axtelgate.com (callmanager)
Domain: axtelgate.com
Service: _cuplogin
Protocol: _tcp
Priority: 10
Weight: 10
Port Number: 8443
Host Offerint this service: cupzp.axtelgate.com (presence)
I have A records
cucmzp.axtelgate.com 177.1.10.80
cupzp.axtelgate.com 177.1.10.81
I use this service inside of my network.
If I understand, in this point we don't need any ExpressWay and the Directory Search must work.

Hi,
Are you saying that when Jabber is internal, your directory search doesn't work?
Please uncheck "Use Logged On User Credential" (This is used if the machine is in windows domain, it will then use the domain authentication to connect to AD). If you want to use UDS, then you don't need to check this.

I don't like do this, but just restart the server, and its works.
