Hello,
A client of mine is experiencing an issue where on their Jabber for iOS, it's giving him a message saying "Your directory service credentials are invalid. Please update your account information."
The company does not use LDAP integration with CUCM and Presence. I'm not too familiar with Presence quite yet, what would be the cause of this message?
The Jabber's Phone, IM and Voicemail features are working okay.
