Jabber in Iphone 6+ one way audio

Hi,

I have a 10.5 presence server and jabber is on iphone. I am getting video call. But one way voice. Jabber version is 10.6

and iphone os is 8.3

I am getting both video and audio in Ipad.

Please help to solve this issue

Are you using low bandwidth mode on iphone?

It is behind firewall. I am calling in the LAN only. I have tried low bandwidth option. No chance.

You should check with your security team.

Unsure that rtp traffic is allowed on both sides.
