Jabber on NCQ receives multiple calls

Jabber clients are getting a second call ringing in from a hunt group, even though they are already on a call. Sometimes they will get 2 calls presented at once, from the same Hunt Group. Why would this happen? Normally, you shouldn't get a call from the Hunt Group if you are connected to another call. This is intermittent, but happening to users in several different Hunt Groups.

 

Jabber clients are working from home, and connecting over a VPN. The Line Group has mixed Jabber clients and desk phones (on the LAN), but this is only happening with Jabber clients. I have confirmed both calls came from the same Hunt Group. We are using Native Call Queueing and the Broadcast algorithm. Calls come into the pilot from the PSTN through a simple IVR on UCCX. The Jabber clients, Hunt Lists, and CUBE-PSTN gateway are all registered to the same CUCM subscriber.

Has anyone ever run into this problem?
