Jabra Direct not seeing Cisco Jabber

We use Cisco Jabber with Jabra Pro 9450 (version of Cisco Jabber Version 12.9.3.54813 Build 304813) in our organisation on Windows PC's (Windows 10 Enterprise version 21H1 OS build 19043.1288) and put onto a new laptop and Jabra Direct cannot see Cisco Jabber. Can set Cisco Jabber to Jabra Pro, however doesn't persist with remembering these when laptop restarted. I have the same settings on my PC and do not have any problem. I have interchanged the Jabra Pro from my PC to this laptop and while I don't have a problem on my machine I do on the other. I have also tried my login and the problem remains on the laptop.  I have contacted Jabra and tried many things, however they have suggested looking from the Jabber side. Is this a known problem and is there a solution

I have the same issue and found this post while searching for a possible solution... Unfortunately, there's no reply yet.

I'm using a Jabra Evolve 30 II while working from home and a Jabra Engage 75 at the office, Jabra Direct verrsion 5.12.06601, Cisco Jabber version 12.9.5.55511 build 305511 and Windows 10 Professional build 21H1 (19043.1586) on a Dell Latitude 5420. Jabra Direct says "Cisco Jabber: Not ready" and I can't pick up or hang up Jabber calls from the headset.
