JTAPI LDAP failure logs - CUCM 8.5

Hello there,

I was wondering if anyone knew where I can find the logs for LDAP errors with JTAPI in CUCM 8.5?

Example:

JTAPI tries to verify a user's username/password, CUCM reaches out to Directory server, Bind account is successful, Directory Service reports that the user's username/password is not correct/expired/locked/etc.

I know the client will log the error, but thats not a central searchable location.  Was really hoping it's logged maybe in the CTIManager logs, etc

Hi,

Yes you will find the logs in the CTI manager logs. Remember to set CTI traced to detailed and you will see the CTI manager interaction with the LDAP server on behalf of the CTI client
