Now I have a headache with the cisco and life-size techs.
The issue is that I have configured the Terminal device Life-size 200 through the call manager Cisco as SIP protocol. If try create a voice conference fail the call. Only accept call to unique number.
I have attached a callmanager settings with a default SIP profile and I have added a user with "user digest". However there are 3 Cisco SPIDER 8831 thats works fine with the same SIP configuration.
Best regards,

Hi,
Let me move this post to IP Telephony community. This community is for Cisco WebEx Meetings Server and Cisco Unified MeetingPlace products and is not observed by Cisco sp8831 experts.
I hope this will get you to the answer faster.

Third party SIP phones won't be able to create conference because conference action needs special signaling between terminal and call manager and hence possible only with Cisco terminals.
By the way, with any third party phone when you presses conference key, third party phones use its own local conference bridge. If that phone supports local conference, you should be good to go.

This lifesize endpoint not support the local conference. Do you know if there is another possible configuration?
Thanks in advance!

AFAIK you can't use atleast CUCM and IOS conference bridge. I'm not aware about any other possibility.
