I run CISCO CME.
A shared line (Voice Register DN 1) has a button at two phones. Both phones with no activity on them and is programmed as a shared line randomly now is ringing busy. Additionally on a phone where a BLF button is programmed for this particular extension the BLF indicates the extension is busy.
I deleted Voice Register DN 1 and then reassigned it and that didn’t help.
