Linking Nortel to Cisco via T-1 Ties QSIG PRI

For every caller from the Nortel system to the Cisco Unity I get this error:

I moved it to more appropriate forum.

Despite I'm not expert on Cisco Unity, the base meaning of message is obvious - Cisco Unity has received QSIG message of unknown format from Nortel. Turn on 'debug isdn q931' to obtain more complete message (there's QSIG part only in the error you provided). The http://decoder.telemak.org/ may help you to decode it.
