Linux Mail Server integration with Cisco Unity Connection 9.1, is it possible? How to do that? Can anyone help.

If you mean UM/SIB, that is not possible.
Best you could get is simply to use the accept and forward feature in CUC and get a copy in your Linux email

Thanks for your cooperation. Yes i mean UM/SIB. That's mean CUC UM/SIB only possible with Microsoft Exchange/Office 365?
can you share with me any sample configuration document of accept and forward feature. one another question is can possible send message to the internet email from unity connection?

No, you can actually use other systems, BUT, you need a 3rd party to do that. Natively, yes, only Exchange/365 are available.

Assuming your smart host can do that, yes, you can pretty much send the vm to any mail system.
