Locking Cisco IP Phone with pin or password

We have some Cisco IP phones 7942, 7960, etc. Is it possible to lock the phones using pin or password?

You can use extension mobility logout profiles to be loaded on those phones by default, which do not have access to any numbers. If someone wants to make a call, they can log in to the phone using their ID and password, and then make calls.

There is no other way of locking the phone with a pin (say like a mobile phone)

This has been asked hundreds and hundreds of times already, if you search CSC, you'll find all your options available in CUCM and 3rd party options.
