Make a conference Call up to 10 user in one DN

Hi everyone, can you help me?

I want to make a conference call from DN 1000 to Ten other users in CUCM 

How can I do that?

I changed the default of Multiple Call/Call Waiting Settings to 10, but when the user arrives at 4 users I can't add more

I used these Model of Cisco IP phone:

CP-9971

CP-7821

CP-6941

CP-8811

Adjust the CUCM service parameters related to the kind of conference you're using, adhoc or meet me, and make sure your CFB supports it. It has nothing to do with what you've changed. Bear in mind that resource allocation is static.
