Make Call via Gateway FXO

I just confiured my first CUCM7, I have my gateway setup (2621 with 2FXS and 2FXO).  I am using MGCP, now I would like to use my IP phone to make a call, say my cell phone for testing purposes.  On my gateway I have an RJ11 line going into my phone jack to 1/0/0 (FXO).  How to I configure CUCM7 to allow me to make an outside the network call?

Hi Jonathan,

There is a good bit you will need to do on CUCM side. You will want to configure dial plan, add the gateway as MGCP gateway, create route patterns, route lists, route groups, etc. Best place for you to start probably is to review the admin and maintain and operate guides for cisco CUCM on cisco.com.
