Hi All

Cisco 8845 shows shows below error on welcome screen

"manually enter your activation code or service domain"

I could confirm it has taken the correct TFTP server and CDP is enabled on the SW port as well. Phone registered, but pops up that error.

App load ID        rootfs8845_65.12-0-1-11
Boot load ID        sb28845_65.BEV-01-015
Version               sip8845_65.12-0-1-11

Is this hitting the below bug...

Already TFTP server is taken. I factory reset the phone as well.

When a phone asks for an Activation Code, it normally means the phone is loaded with 3PCC firmware.

Actually, that's enterprise FW behavior, for Cisco cloud registration you use the activation code, and for MRA you enter the domain, so it looks for the SRV before asking credentials.
