Map external Caller-id to personal address book- CUCM 7.1 & 8.6

Hi All,

I need to map external caller id to personal address book if possible.     What I need is if caller with the Mobile number 0XXXXXXXX calls internal within Cluster, and user has the caller in his personal Directory ( 79XX Phone), then the caller-id of the external caller shows on display. By default just it shows the number.

Can it be done on CUCM 7.1.3 or 8.6.2

No, we don't offer such feature, look at Paolo's script for that
