Max number of phones one extension can be on

I noticed in my callmanager 10.5.2 that there is one extension lets say 3000. It appears as line 1 on more than 35 phones,

Does anyone know if there is a maximum number of phones that a single extension can be on?

I know some PBXs have limits that vary from 10 to 24 so I am concerned when cucm is busy and someone calls the the extension that is on all those phones CPU might spike.
