Hi,

Check the MOH Audio source on the Phone which presses Hold , and check the MRGL of the Phone which is put on hold.

If there are more than two MOH servers, check if they are registered and also assigned to the MRG of the two MRGL's.

A restart of IP Voice Media streaming application service can also be done.

You need to check what Media Resources the device pools have access to and whether MOH is multicast or unicast.

You also need to check what codecs you are advertising from MOH servers and then check the region of the device pool can speak to the region of the MOH server.

Hi,

Please do the following checks:

1. Check that both device pools are having MRGLs and both MRGLs/MRGs are having MoH associated with them

2. Check the codec between MoH server region and Phones regions. You need to make sure that this codec is enabled in MoH Service Parameters

3. In case you are using Multicasting, disable it for testing purpose to isolate problems with CUCM.
