The issue resolved.

the SUB was taking the primary role and the PUB had the notifier off. We changed the PUB to be the one taking the calls and test and we found that the MWI was working fine.Sub was not having ports registered, I reset the port group and also restarted the conversation manager, the issue was fixed after this.

Thank you.

Hi there

Which version of CUC are you running and whats the integration SIP or SCCP? Is this affecting all the users or some ?

Could you Run the Check Telephony Configuration test and see you are getting any errors, also try restaring the Connection Notifier service

The below are a couple of links for troubleshooting the issue.

Hope this helps!

Cheers
Rath!
