I need some major support. I have a ticket open already but CISCO tech support has not made any contact. I took over this network to get it running for the military standards to allow secure calls. It was in really bad shape before I got here. I reconfigured the system to run MGCP as this is required to be able to function for secure calls via either STE's aor Vipers by GD. The problem I have is now is FAX's, Modems do not work not even sure my firealarms are really reporting correctly and rekeying of secure terminal is really flaky and secure calls do not last very long. I have read tons of documentation such as the v.150 MER essential requirement as well as my military deployment guide. My equipment meets all the specs. Below is the configuration currently and im game for changes im aslo assuming I have CUCM setup correctly as well.. I need help and advice please.
****Update FAX now operational*** All others non operational. My contacts who dial in to my modem recieve Error678 on microsoft dialing service which means the device is basically not answering the call. But the device does recieves calls if you dial it and get tone burst. So Im thinking it has to do with my gloabl MGCP configuration. We have test this conenction through our regular analog switchboard and the modem works just fine. I just removed T38 fax protocal from both the isr4351 and vg350 in the voice service voip
