Migratation MCS CUCM 8.6 to UCS CUCM 11.5

We have planned to Migrataion MCS cucm version 8.6 to 11.5 on UCS. Please help me to step by step procedure to migratation.

1 Is it direct migration available 8.6.2 to 11.5. If no then how to do migration.

2 what cop files we need to migration.

3 what is the steps to migrate.

You can migrate directly to 11.5 and to the new HW with PCD, assuming you meet the requirements for PCD.

Otherwise, DRS backup, DRS restore on new HW and then upgrade.

For the upgrade, mandatory reading is:

A) Upgrade guide

B) Release notes

C) README from ISO

all the requirements, procedure, etc. for the upgrade, are in the above docs.
