When I press "Directories" button, I can see the Missed Calls List. If I open the list and select one of the number, I can dial this number. But, can the system automatically add outgoing trunk access code, say "9" in front of the number?

yes make the discard digit (PreDot) in Called Party Transformations under Route Group level not under Route Pattern!

Hi Mike,
Not sure what CCM ver you are running.
Probably the nicest way is as follows.
Go to CCMAdmin > Service > Service Parameters for the callmanager services. Go to the advanced settings then have a look for the following parameters:
National Number Prefix
International Number Prefix
Subscriber Number Prefix
Unknown Number Prefix
You can put in your required access codes / prefixes for each number type and the system will then prepend them into the calling party numbers.
Heres a link with all the methods:

Cheers,
Tim.

ccm version we're are using is 4.1(3), if service parameter can changed, then how to cater the centralized solution. it is because our ccm serve different countries and service parameters seems a systemwide parameters.
