Missed call notification on IP phone

Hi,

I get a call on my ip phone, i don't pickup & the result is a "Miss Call"--thats fine..But after few seconds the Miss Call notification is gone automatically from the phone & i can find "Your Current Options".....So there is no way that i can come to know about my last miss call without going into the Directory....Is there any way that the miss call notification timer is increased or i get the miss call aletrs into my mailbox??

Any shared lines? or using CUPC?
