Hi, I have Cisco ACS 5.1 running in TACACS+ mode. For 2 way authentication purpose i do have a 3rd party Radius Identity Store. ACS & the 3rd party Radius server is integrated via Radius. Currently device login process works something like below: User wants to login to cisco device sends TACACS+ request to ACS-> ACS forwards the same request to the Radius server-> Radius server generates a six digit token to the user. This is perfectly working. I want, device login should fallback to ACS incase my 3rd party Radius Server is down. In Radius Identity Sequence, i have put (1) Radius Server (2) Local Users & tested, but it didn't work... In the logs i can find, each & every request is going to the Radius server & there is a timeout message... Can someone suggest me... ... View more

Hi, I have 2 CME each one is having one PRI terminated. I have 20 phones. 10 is registered to CME-1, rest 10 t the 2nd CME-2. I wan to achieve: if PRI-1 goes down, phones registered to CME-1 will get de-register & re-register with CME-2. Is this achievable. I am using CME 8.6..... Kindly suggest.... Hi, I have CUCM 8.0 & Cisco IP phones 7911, 7945....1 PRI is terminated into vocie gateway that is configured in H323 mode...I am facing the below issue: If I forward calls from my desk IP phone (that is having DID 720) to my cell phone, instead of showing 720, my cell phone displays 888 (the pilot number of the DID)... Incoming, outgoing calls are perfectly working. If i dial from 720 it shows 720 on cell phone, however only issue is with forwarded calls... Any suggestion plz. ... View more

Hi, I have CME 8.6 & CUE 8.6....Reception phones are in a hunt 555 & actual phone DN is 500 & 600....I have forwarded all calls towards CUE with the below dial-peer: ====================================================== dial-peer voice 1 voip description ### Dial Peer for CUE ### destination-pattern 1[8-9]. b2bua session protocol sipv2 session target ipv4:10.111.220.33 dtmf-relay sip-notify codec g711ulaw no vad ! 183 is message prompt no in CUE. Anyone calls from PSTN over PRI on 042337 777 (this is the pilot no) should hit the auto attendant. Whenever i dial the pilot no from outside i get " number busy" on my phone. I also configured the below dial-peer for incoming calls: ! dial-peer voice 101 pots description Incoming DID call incoming called-number . direct-inward-dial ! After coming to AA, users should reach the reception phones (500 & 600) by pressing 0 (is pointed to hunt-pilot 555). For testing i did number expansion on CME: num-exp 777 183; i do get the AA prompt & everything works fine. But from PRI i am unable to reach the auto attendant. Hi, I have a centralized IPT setup with CUCM 8.5 & voice gateway running on H.323 mode. I have 2 requirements: 1. I have 4 analog lines terminated onto 4 FXO ports. I need any calls coming to that analog line should ring the reception extn 301345, where 301 is that branch code & 345 is the extn no. The reception phone is configured with 301345, however anyone within that branch will only dial 345, branch to branch calls will go via using a branch code. Kindly suggest how can i achieve this. 2. All normal users will make landline calls via local FXO line, rest other calls like mobile, international via PRI.
