In "Media Resources" - "Mobile Voice Access" there are locales for english and german, but the Mobile Voice Access DialIn is only english.
I have selected only the german locale, only english and both locales, but the prompts are only in english.
Any idea?

Set up MVA/IVR call on different languages COP file for IVR audio files for Mobility. Call to MVA, MVA is always playing the initial prompts in English until **# sequence to change the language.
Even configured "Default User Locale'' from Enterprise Parameters as follows:
1. "Default User Locale'' configured on Specific locale other than English-United State (e.g. Spanish Spain) from Enterprise Parameters Configuration page.
2. Phone device User Locale selected as Spanish.
3. End User also configured matched User Locale as "Spanish"
4. RDP selected End User configured User Locale "Spanish" as above.
Default User Locale should work on MVA call right away instead of initial prompts in English until **# sequence to change the language

It works!
"call application voice load cmm" was the solution!
But the **# sequence is interpreted as RD!?
But the german locale it's now working! :-)
