MOH from Flash Issue between IOS Versions

Hi Guy’s!

Have a little trouble regarding local multicast MOH for router flash via incoming PSTN calls…..

Basically, there are three sites (small branches) where they have their own BRI’s for incoming calls… When they are putting people on hold, it is resorting to “Tone On Hold” opposed to MOH from the flash etc…

The this is that two of the three sites have this problem and the third site works. The only difference with the sites that don’t work, is a later IOS version (Cisco IOS Software, 2801 Software (C2801-ADVIPSERVICESK9-M), Version 15.1(4)M3, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1). The single branch where it does work is IOS version (Cisco IOS Software, 2801 Software (C2801-ADVIPSERVICESK9-M), Version 15.0(1)M5, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2).

These seems to be configured the same as far as I can see but has anyone know any issues between the IOS versions?

What digit you have entered in "Max Hops" under " Music On Hold (MOH) Server Configuration "

Any Specific reason to kep it as 10. try to change it to 1 and see issues gets resolves.
