Facing peculiar issue - have configured a different .wav file as MOH for some customers.. works fine with Call Park / Hold / Transfer...only issue is with Directed call Park...in the 2nd leg of the transfer the system plays the system default MOH, not the custom one...CUCM 7x issue.... Any ideas / help appreciated.

When the call is transferred to a directed call park number, the audio source used will be the one pointed out by the directed call Park number and not the original phone. But unfortunately there is no place on directed call park configuration to set the audio source, So it always takes from what is configured in global mode. So you will need to change the " network music on hold audio source" from the service parameters.

Unfortunately directed call park will only use whatever source is set to be the default music on hold for the system. You can change what source is the default in the service parameters in the Callmanager service. The parameter to change is the "Default Network Hold MOH Audio Source ID" under Clusterwide Parameters (Service).
