I have a strange MoH issue that's not making any sense.
At a remote site MOH works for internal calls, however it does not work for external calls. The caller hears silence.
We noticed the voice router was missing "ccm-manager music-on-hold".
Adding that command the symptons are now reveresed. MOH is working for external calls, but it stops working for internal calls.
Can anyone provide some input for what is going on and how we can fix this?
Thank you!

I assume when you say external callers which you refer to callers dialing in from the PRI/PSTN?
The ccm-manager music-on-hold line is for callers on the PRI, which explains why external callers couldnt hear MOH. Are you using unicast or multicast MOH?
Can you show me the config on the remote router?

Victor Dang.

Thanks for the reply Victor. We solved the internal MOH silence issue which was related to changing one of the regions to G711 for that site. Now both external and internal MOH work.
