MOH Server Unregistered

One of our MOH Servers is in an Unregistered state.  Here is what we tried so far:

Serviceability --> Cisco IP Voice Streaming Application --> Stop --> Start

The MOH Server still shows Unregistered.  How can we get it to register with CUCM?

The CM service is responsible for registering any media rescources, the Cisco IVSP service simply enables the capabilities.  

Make sure the DP assigned to the MOH server has proper CUCM group configured where the listed CUCM servers have CM service running.  You can also attempt to change the DP to be the same as the working MOH server to see if that resolves it.

Both subscribers MOH servers have the same DP and both subscribers MOH servers were running fine.  But all of a sudden one of the subscirbers MOS server is not registered.
