MOH when placed on hold across a SIP Trunk

Hi there,

I have the following setup, Conference BR, Transcoder etc. on the H323 GW are all registered with Cluster A:

The issue is when caller using 91122 calls 81122 and put them on hold

  1. So caller 91122 puts 81122 on hold. 81122 hears the company MoH in G729. This is what we expect Call is resume
  2. Caller 91122 puts 81122 on hold for a second time. 81122 hears the Cisco default MoH in G711. Call is resume
  3. Caller 91122 puts 81122 on hold for a third time. This will cause the call to drop

The same issue dose not happen in revers (if caller 81122 puts 91122 on hold)

Any help in troubleshooting this would be great

Regrads

Alexis

Need to investigate from the logs what exactly happening in this case. So, I would suggest you to open TAC case for it.
