monitor e1 connectivity in 2811

hello dear friends

I have a 2811 and a 2821  I have e1 module on them and use the e1 ..it's work very amazing ... I want to monitor the E1 connectiviy from PSTN .  if E1 is not working from pstn ( it's happend sometimes) alert me or creating a log....

I have solarwinds for monitoring .. if routers make a log I will found it in solarwinds and  I can make an alert

unfortunetlly this 2811 is not connect to my unified collabration area 

it's connect to an open source PBX ( named asterisk ) . I want to track ISDN keepalive on my own router .

I cant connect to router with RTMT ....
