Hi,
I'm currently working on a mobile remote access design for CUCiLync, i believe this is the same discovery process as Jabber.
The client has split domain:
Internal Domain = domain.net
External Domain = domain.com
They want all clients to log into CUCiLync as <user>@domain.com, and have domain.net not visible to the end user.
If the the client logs into CUCiLync internally as <user>@domain.com, this won't be able to resolve using cisco_uds as the record won't exist under that domain.
My question is, does the voice services domain work for both the internal and external service discover process, could i configure voice services domain as 'domain.net' in this instance; so when the user logs internally as <user>@domain.com, it actually performs a lookup for cisco_uds on <user>@domain.net?
Externally they will log in as <user>@domain.com and the collab_edge SRV will be in public DNS for that domain, so resolution against the Expressway-Edge won't be an issue.
